Lucia Maria Minervini is a visual artist, an arts administrator and literacy educator. A curious innovator by nature, she pushes and blurs the boundaries of these disciplines with creative approaches to practice and problem solving. Susan is a Research Regulatory Specialist. For 21 years her field of expertise was in research of AIDS treatment and care. Since then, Susan’s work has included biomedical as well as social and behavioral research.

Maya Suess is an artist and arts administrator. Currently the Director of Fellowship and Public Programs at apexart in lower Manhattan, she served as Managing Director of Flux Factory –an artist-run residency space in Long Island City Queens– from 2016 to 2021.

Ana Anu

Interim Executive Director

Ana is a Brooklyn-based interdisciplinary ecofeminist artist. They have 15 years experience leading non-profits working at intersections of social and environmental justice, as well as a dozen years of consulting experience in sustainability strategy. Ana is a published poet, filmmaker, exhibiting visual artist, and climate educator. Their work initiates public discourse on environmental justice.

Rose Knopper

Program Coordinator

Rose is a freelance cinematographer and animator. With a background in painting, she brings her visual sensibilities to narrative and commercial film work. Their DP work has been featured at the Beverly Hills Film Festival, NewFest, NoBudge, and others. She is a co-founder of production company Junk Flower Films and holds a BFA in Film & TV from NYU Tisch School of the Arts. At Allied, they assist with archival projects & general operations.

Grace Muller

Archival Assistant

Grace is a multidisciplinary artist and training archivist from Pasadena, CA and Glover, V T. She received her BA in Studio Art from Bennington College in 2025. In her archival practice she seeks to steward the physical histories of alternative and transgressive arts spaces. She has assisted with archival processing / digitization for VisualAIDs, Skowhegan School of Painting & Sculpture, and dosa flying fish productions in Los Angeles.

Jason Llaguno

Media Coordinator

Jason Llaguno manages event photography and videography for Allied Productions, capturing the dynamic energy of the Lower East Side’s experimental art scene. Beyond their role at Allied, Jason’s work seamlessly intersects media and performance, blending visual storytelling with live artistic expression. Their keen eye and innovative approach brings immersive narratives to life, making them a vital creative force within the community.

Ethan Shoshan

Technical Consultant and Board Advisory Member

Ethan is an artist, community activist, and non-profit computer a/v technical consultant committed to building communities and support around social justice, art and activism. Ethan has been helping with Allied Productions for years and has been a staff member since 2016.
