IN MEMORY OF LESLIE LOWE

We are deeply saddened at the loss of Allied co-progenitor Leslie Lowe. Leslie partnered with Jack Waters in establishing the Naked Eye Cinema, originally founded as an extension of the film program at ABC No Rio. Leslie combined her knowledge, appreciation, and deep sensitivity of experimental avant garde and underground film with her phenomenally original design, hair, and makeup skills. Leslie lived for art as a dedicated and prolific painter, muralist, film maker, and vocalist.
